Welcome to Shift BPM, we are a different kind of Business Process Management and Consulting Company.
As Founder and President, it is very important to me that each and every one of the Shift BPM clients has their individual needs met, but also important to me is teaching our clients how to meet these needs on their own as well.
I have been in the recruiting and staffing industry for 10 years, and have worked in many different recruiting environments, RPO, Managed Services, Traditional and Executive search and Corporate. The one thing I felt was missing was personal touch, listening to client needs and actually giving clients a scalable, usable recruiting program. This is why I Founded Shift BPM.
I want to make change and difference by consulting with your team and than creating a useful, ROI kind of recruiting program, that actually gets you the hires on- boarded! This is achieved through a variety if tools, programs and individual creative things, that our team can help you do.
